Complete Zero B Water Purifier Care in Amour
We cover both routine care and complex repairs for Zero B water purifier owners:
- RO installation and uninstallation: wall mounting, inlet connection, drain setup and TDS testing for new or shifted purifiers.
- RO membrane replacement: the membrane is tested first, and replaced only when it has genuinely worn out.
- Storage tank cleaning: a hygienic clean of the storage tank to remove slime and deposits.
- Leakage repair: replacing worn pipes, connectors and O-rings that cause leaks.
- TDS adjustment: we test input and output water and adjust the TDS controller where your model has one.
- UV lamp and UF membrane: replacement of UV lamps that have stopped glowing and UF membranes that have clogged.
- Filter replacement: we replace the sediment and carbon cartridges that protect the RO membrane.
- Annual maintenance plans: a planned schedule so you never miss a filter change.
About Zero B Water Purifiers
Zero B purifiers come from a brand with deep roots in water treatment technology. Our technicians service Zero B RO and UV models, replace cartridges and membranes, and repair electrical and flow-related faults.
How to Get the Best from Your Zero B RO
- Get the RO membrane checked once a year; it typically lasts 1 to 2 years depending on water quality.
- Use the purifier daily; water left standing for days in the tank is not ideal.
- Switch off the purifier if you are away for more than a few days, and flush it when you return.
- Replace the sediment filter every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if your water is muddy.
- Clean the storage tank during every service.

Zero B RO Faults We Repair Regularly
Each of these has a clear cause that our technicians can find:
- Noisy pump: loud humming or vibration during filling.
- Purifier not switching off: a faulty float valve, solenoid valve or pressure switch.
- UV light not working: the UV indicator is off or blinking.
- Low or no water output: the tank takes much longer to fill than it used to.
- Bad taste or smell: exhausted carbon filters or a dirty storage tank.
- High output TDS: the purified water tests higher than it should.
