Summers in Dhupguri are hard on any air conditioner, and a O General AC that has skipped a season of servicing usually cools slower and draws more power. Our technicians handle O General AC servicing, repair, installation and gas refilling at your doorstep in Dhupguri, West Bengal.
O General AC Services We Offer in Dhupguri
We cover both routine care and complex repairs for O General AC owners:
- AC shifting within Dhupguri: we pump the gas down into the outdoor unit before removal so it is not wasted during the move.
- Gas refilling with leak repair: instead of a blind top-up, the leak is found and sealed first, then refrigerant is charged to the recommended level.
- Water leakage fix: cleaning blocked drain pipes, correcting the indoor unit slope and fixing damaged drain trays.
- Compressor diagnosis: testing of windings, starting components and running current before any compressor is declared faulty.
- Inverter AC repair: diagnosis of inverter boards, sensors and variable-speed compressors using the model's error codes.
- Noise and vibration repair: tightening loose panels, fixing worn fan bearings and correcting outdoor unit mounting.
- Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
- Installation and uninstallation: we install split and window ACs with the correct bracket, level indoor unit and a vacuumed refrigerant circuit.
Why O General ACs Need the Right Technician
O General ACs are known for strong cooling even in high outdoor temperatures. Their outdoor units and inverter electronics need careful handling, which our technicians are used to.
Common O General AC Problems We Fix
These are the complaints we attend most often in Dhupguri:
- Outdoor unit not starting: often a capacitor, contactor or wiring issue between indoor and outdoor units.
- Ice forming on pipes or coil: frost on the copper pipes is a sign the system is not balanced.
- Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.
- Loud or unusual noise: clicking, rattling or buzzing that was not there before.
- Remote not working: receiver board faults, display issues or a damaged remote.
- AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
- Bad smell from the vents: mould and bacteria on a wet, dirty coil, cleared with a proper service.
