Frequently asked questions

Everything about Haier AC service in Krishnagiri

Do you provide Haier AC installation in Krishnagiri?

Yes. We install and uninstall split and window ACs, including copper piping, vacuuming, drain setup and electrical connections.

Do you refill gas in Haier ACs?

Yes, but only after a leak check. Refrigerant does not get used up in normal running, so low gas always means there is a leak that needs to be sealed first.

Why is water leaking from my Haier AC indoor unit?

A choked drain line is the usual cause. We clean it and check the slope and coil so the leak does not return.

Is Mr Service Expert the official Haier service centre?

No. Mr Service Expert is an independent multi-brand service provider. Our technicians are trained on Haier ACs, but we are not affiliated with or authorised by Haier.

How often should I get my Haier AC serviced in Krishnagiri?

For regular home use, a full service once before summer and a filter clean every two weeks during peak use works well. ACs that run most of the year may need a second service mid-season.

  • Installation and uninstallation: proper mounting, copper pipe routing, vacuuming, drain slope and electrical connections for new or shifted units.
  • Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
  • Water leakage fix: we clear the drain line and check why water is backing up, whether it is dirt, slope or a frozen coil.

About Haier AC Servicing

Haier ACs are known for features like fast cooling modes and self-clean functions. When those features stop working as expected, the cause is usually a dirty coil, a failing sensor or a board issue, all of which our team can diagnose on site.

What Happens When You Book

From your call to a working AC, here is how it goes:

  • Share your address and the issue with our team on 9311587715.
  • Our team fixes a convenient time slot for the visit in Krishnagiri.
  • The problem is diagnosed on site and the charges are shared upfront.
  • Once you approve, the repair or service is completed and the area is left clean.
  • Final checks on temperature, current and drainage confirm the AC is working properly.

Keeping Your AC Healthy in Krishnagiri

Hot summers and sticky monsoons in Krishnagiri mean your AC is doing two jobs: cooling the room and pulling moisture out of the air. Regular servicing keeps it efficient at both and prevents water leakage and musty smells.

Signs Your Haier AC Needs Attention

  • AC tripping the MCB: an electrical fault, short circuit or a compressor drawing too much current.
  • Loud or unusual noise: loose panels, a worn fan motor or a vibrating outdoor unit.
  • Remote not working: the AC stops responding to commands even with fresh batteries.
  • Bad smell from the vents: mould and bacteria on a wet, dirty coil, cleared with a proper service.
  • Outdoor unit not starting: often a capacitor, contactor or wiring issue between indoor and outdoor units.
  • Error code or blinking lights: the unit's self-diagnosis pointing to a sensor, board or communication fault.

Simple Tips to Keep Your Haier AC Running Well

  • Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
  • Keep the outdoor unit in a shaded, open spot with space for air to flow.
  • Use a suitable stabilizer if your area sees frequent voltage fluctuations.
  • Set the temperature around 24°C; it cools comfortably and saves power.
