Frequently asked questions

Everything about Haier AC service in Mahe

Why is water leaking from my Haier AC indoor unit?

Most often the drain pipe is blocked or the indoor unit is not sloped correctly. An iced coil can also cause dripping when it melts. We clear and correct the drain during the visit.

How much does Haier AC service cost in Mahe?

The cost depends on the type of AC, the service needed and any parts required. Our technician shares the exact charges before starting, and you can call 9311587715 for an estimate.

Can you fix a Haier AC that keeps tripping the MCB?

Yes, our technicians check wiring, capacitors and the compressor to find why the MCB trips, and fix it safely.

Do you provide Haier AC installation in Mahe?

Yes. We install and uninstall split and window ACs, including copper piping, vacuuming, drain setup and electrical connections.

Do you use genuine spare parts for Haier ACs?

We use genuine or quality-matched parts depending on availability, and we explain the option and price before fitting anything.

About Haier AC Service in Mahe

Summers in Mahe are hard on any air conditioner, and a Haier AC that has skipped a season of servicing usually cools slower and draws more power. Our technicians handle Haier AC servicing, repair, installation and gas refilling at your doorstep in Mahe, Kerala.

Our Haier AC Repair and Service Options

We cover both routine care and complex repairs for Haier AC owners:

  • Gas refilling with leak repair: instead of a blind top-up, the leak is found and sealed first, then refrigerant is charged to the recommended level.
  • Installation and uninstallation: we install split and window ACs with the correct bracket, level indoor unit and a vacuumed refrigerant circuit.
  • PCB and electrical repair: diagnosis and repair of indoor and outdoor control boards, wiring, relays and power supply faults.
  • Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
  • Inverter AC repair: inverter ACs are more electronic than older units, so we test sensors and boards step by step.
  • Annual maintenance plans: scheduled service visits through the year for homes and offices with one or more Haier ACs.
  • AC shifting within Mahe: we pump the gas down into the outdoor unit before removal so it is not wasted during the move.
  • Water leakage fix: we clear the drain line and check why water is backing up, whether it is dirt, slope or a frozen coil.

Why Haier ACs Need the Right Technician

Local Conditions and Your AC in Mahe

Humidity in Mahe, Kerala makes an AC work hard to remove moisture, and moist coils attract mould if they are not cleaned. Coastal air can also corrode outdoor units, so we inspect them for early signs of rust and leaks.

How to Get Better Cooling from Your Haier AC

Our technicians suggest these easy steps:

  • Clean or rinse the indoor filters every two weeks during heavy use.
  • Use a suitable stabilizer if your area sees frequent voltage fluctuations.
  • Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
  • Switch off the AC from the remote before turning off the mains supply.

Signs Your Haier AC Needs Attention

Call us if you notice any of these:

  • High electricity bills: dirty coils and low gas force the compressor to run longer.
  • Loud or unusual noise: loose panels, a worn fan motor or a vibrating outdoor unit.
  • Bad smell from the vents: a musty smell is a clear sign the indoor unit needs deep cleaning.
  • AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
  • Ice forming on pipes or coil: frost on the copper pipes is a sign the system is not balanced.
  • Not cooling enough: usually a dirty coil, clogged filter, low refrigerant or a weak capacitor.
