Godrej AC Services We Offer in Mokameh
Every visit starts with a proper check. Depending on the fault, the work can include:
- Gas refilling with leak repair: pressure testing, leak sealing and a measured refrigerant charge, so the cooling lasts and the gas does not run out again in weeks.
- Sensor and thermostat faults: if your AC stops cooling before the room is cool, a faulty sensor is often the reason.
- AC shifting within Mokameh: careful gas recovery, uninstallation, transport-ready packing and reinstallation at your new address.
- PCB and electrical repair: component-level checks on the PCB before replacement, which often saves a significant amount of money.
- Noise and vibration repair: rattling, humming or grinding sounds traced to their source and fixed properly.
- Installation and uninstallation: proper mounting, copper pipe routing, vacuuming, drain slope and electrical connections for new or shifted units.
- Annual maintenance plans: scheduled service visits through the year for homes and offices with one or more Godrej ACs.
- Copper piping and drain work: replacing damaged copper pipes, re-insulating lines and extending drain pipes where needed.
Why Godrej ACs Need the Right Technician
Godrej was one of the early brands in India to use the hydrocarbon refrigerant R290 in room ACs. R290 is energy efficient and eco-friendly, but it is flammable, so gas charging and leak repair need a technician trained to handle it safely. Our team follows the correct procedure for R290 as well as other refrigerants.
Our Simple Service Process
- Call 9311587715 or send a WhatsApp message with your AC model and problem.
- A technician is assigned and you receive a time for the visit.
- You get a clear diagnosis and a price estimate before any work begins.
- Once you approve, the repair or service is completed and the area is left clean.
- The AC is run and tested in front of you before the technician leaves.
Local Conditions and Your AC in Mokameh
Air conditioners in Mokameh, Bihar deal with extreme heat and plenty of dust. A clogged outdoor condenser forces the compressor to work harder, so we pay special attention to cleaning it. We also check wiring and voltage, since fluctuations can damage PCBs and compressors.
AC Care Tips from Our Technicians
- Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
- Keep the outdoor unit in a shaded, open spot with space for air to flow.
- Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
- Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
- Clean or rinse the indoor filters every two weeks during heavy use.
- Get a full service before summer starts, not after the AC begins to struggle.
Common Godrej AC Problems We Fix
These are the complaints we attend most often in Mokameh:
- Water dripping indoors: water on the wall or floor usually points to a blocked drain line.
- Outdoor unit not starting: often a capacitor, contactor or wiring issue between indoor and outdoor units.
- Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.
- AC turning off by itself: the unit shuts down after a few minutes and restarts later.
- Ice forming on pipes or coil: low gas, restricted airflow or a faulty sensor.
- AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
- Loud or unusual noise: clicking, rattling or buzzing that was not there before.
