Frequently asked questions

Everything about Haier AC service in Phek

Do you provide Haier AC installation in Phek?

Yes. We install and uninstall split and window ACs, including copper piping, vacuuming, drain setup and electrical connections.

Do you service ACs on weekends in Phek?

Yes, weekend slots are available. Call 9311587715 to check the next free slot in your area.

How often should I get my Haier AC serviced in Phek?

For regular home use, a full service once before summer and a filter clean every two weeks during peak use works well. ACs that run most of the year may need a second service mid-season.

Do you use genuine spare parts for Haier ACs?

Yes, where available. When a genuine part is not in stock, we offer a quality-matched alternative and let you decide.

Why is water leaking from my Haier AC indoor unit?

Most often the drain pipe is blocked or the indoor unit is not sloped correctly. An iced coil can also cause dripping when it melts. We clear and correct the drain during the visit.

Why Haier ACs Need the Right Technician

Haier offers a wide range of split and window ACs, including heavy-duty and inverter models built for Indian summers. Our technicians service Haier indoor and outdoor units, read error codes correctly and repair PCB, sensor and fan faults.

Haier AC Services Available at Your Doorstep

We cover both routine care and complex repairs for Haier AC owners:

  • Fan motor and capacitor replacement: a weak capacitor is one of the most common reasons an outdoor fan or compressor struggles to start, and it is a quick fix.
  • PCB and electrical repair: diagnosis and repair of indoor and outdoor control boards, wiring, relays and power supply faults.
  • Regular service and jet wash: a thorough clean of both indoor and outdoor units using covers and a jet pump, so dirt goes into the bag and not onto your walls.
  • Remote and display problems: when the AC does not respond to its remote, we check the receiver, display board and remote itself.
  • Noise and vibration repair: rattling, humming or grinding sounds traced to their source and fixed properly.
  • Annual maintenance plans: scheduled service visits through the year for homes and offices with one or more Haier ACs.
  • Water leakage fix: we clear the drain line and check why water is backing up, whether it is dirt, slope or a frozen coil.

Keeping Your AC Healthy in Phek

The humid climate and heavy rainfall in Phek mean AC coils stay damp for long periods, which can lead to mould, smells and choked drains. Regular cleaning keeps the air healthy and the cooling strong.

Haier AC Faults We Repair Regularly

Each of these has a clear cause that our technicians can find:

  • Ice forming on pipes or coil: frost on the copper pipes is a sign the system is not balanced.
  • Water dripping indoors: water on the wall or floor usually points to a blocked drain line.
  • Loud or unusual noise: clicking, rattling or buzzing that was not there before.
  • Outdoor unit not starting: the indoor fan runs but no cooling comes, because the outdoor side is not switching on.
  • Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.

AC Care Tips from Our Technicians

A few simple habits between services go a long way:

  • Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
  • Switch off the AC from the remote before turning off the mains supply.
  • Keep the outdoor unit in a shaded, open spot with space for air to flow.
  • Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
