Frequently asked questions

Everything about Haier AC service in Porompat

Do you service ACs on weekends in Porompat?

Yes, we work on Saturdays and Sundays too, subject to availability. Booking early helps during peak summer.

How much does Haier AC service cost in Porompat?

The cost depends on the type of AC, the service needed and any parts required. Our technician shares the exact charges before starting, and you can call 9311587715 for an estimate.

Why is water leaking from my Haier AC indoor unit?

Most often the drain pipe is blocked or the indoor unit is not sloped correctly. An iced coil can also cause dripping when it melts. We clear and correct the drain during the visit.

How long does a Haier AC service take?

A regular service usually takes 45 minutes to an hour per unit. Repairs and gas charging can take longer depending on the fault.

Why is my Haier AC running but not cooling?

Common reasons are a clogged filter or coil, low refrigerant due to a leak, a weak capacitor or an outdoor unit that is not starting. A technician can find the exact cause in one visit.

Complete Haier AC Care in Porompat

We cover both routine care and complex repairs for Haier AC owners:

  • Annual maintenance plans: a planned maintenance schedule that keeps multiple units in shape without you having to remember dates.
  • Copper piping and drain work: replacing damaged copper pipes, re-insulating lines and extending drain pipes where needed.
  • Installation and uninstallation: proper mounting, copper pipe routing, vacuuming, drain slope and electrical connections for new or shifted units.
  • Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
  • Gas refilling with leak repair: pressure testing, leak sealing and a measured refrigerant charge, so the cooling lasts and the gas does not run out again in weeks.
  • AC shifting within Porompat: careful gas recovery, uninstallation, transport-ready packing and reinstallation at your new address.
  • PCB and electrical repair: component-level checks on the PCB before replacement, which often saves a significant amount of money.

Our Experience with Haier Air Conditioners

Haier offers a wide range of split and window ACs, including heavy-duty and inverter models built for Indian summers. Our technicians service Haier indoor and outdoor units, read error codes correctly and repair PCB, sensor and fan faults.

Is Your Haier AC Showing Any of These Issues?

These are the complaints we attend most often in Porompat:

  • Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.
  • AC tripping the MCB: an electrical fault, short circuit or a compressor drawing too much current.
  • Bad smell from the vents: a musty smell is a clear sign the indoor unit needs deep cleaning.
  • Loud or unusual noise: clicking, rattling or buzzing that was not there before.
  • High electricity bills: an AC that runs for hours without cutting off wastes a lot of power.
  • Remote not working: the AC stops responding to commands even with fresh batteries.

Simple Tips to Keep Your Haier AC Running Well

A few simple habits between services go a long way:

  • Use a suitable stabilizer if your area sees frequent voltage fluctuations.
  • Keep the outdoor unit in a shaded, open spot with space for air to flow.
  • Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
  • Clean or rinse the indoor filters every two weeks during heavy use.
  • Get a full service before summer starts, not after the AC begins to struggle.

Our Simple Service Process

  • Share your address and the issue with our team on 9311587715.
  • We confirm a visit slot that works for you, including weekends.
  • The problem is diagnosed on site and the charges are shared upfront.
  • Once you approve, the repair or service is completed and the area is left clean.
  • We test cooling, airflow and drainage before leaving, so you know the job is done.

Keeping Your AC Healthy in Porompat

In Porompat, Manipur, humidity is often a bigger problem than heat. A Haier AC in good condition removes that moisture efficiently, but only if the coil and drain line are clean. Our service focuses on exactly that.
