Why Carrier ACs Need the Right Technician

Carrier is one of the oldest names in air conditioning, and its units are common in both homes and commercial spaces. Whether yours is a Carrier inverter split, a window unit or a ceiling cassette, we service and repair it with attention to the model's specific layout and settings.

Keeping Your AC Healthy in Puruliya

In Puruliya, summer heat is followed by long, humid monsoon months, so an AC works hard for a large part of the year. Moisture on the indoor coil attracts dust and mould, and drain lines choke faster than in drier places. We give both extra attention during every Carrier AC service.

AC Care Tips from Our Technicians

• Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
• Get a full service before summer starts, not after the AC begins to struggle.
• Switch off the AC from the remote before turning off the mains supply.
• Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
• Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
• Set the temperature around 24°C; it cools comfortably and saves power.

Common Carrier AC Problems We Fix

Each of these has a clear cause that our technicians can find:

• Water dripping indoors: water on the wall or floor usually points to a blocked drain line.
• Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.
• Bad smell from the vents: mould and bacteria on a wet, dirty coil, cleared with a proper service.
• Outdoor unit not starting: often a capacitor, contactor or wiring issue between indoor and outdoor units.
• Not cooling enough: the room takes too long to cool, often because of blocked airflow or a gas leak.
• AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
• High electricity bills: an AC that runs for hours without cutting off wastes a lot of power.
