Godrej AC Service Services in Shillong

A well-maintained Godrej AC cools faster, runs quieter and costs less to run. If your unit in Shillong has lost its chill or is flashing an error code, our local technicians can inspect it, clean it properly and repair faulty parts, usually in a single visit.

Service for Every Godrej AC Model

Godrej inverter and fixed-speed split ACs are popular for their efficiency. Many models run on R290 refrigerant, which should never be topped up casually. We find and seal the leak first, then charge the exact quantity required using proper safety practice.

Our Godrej AC Repair and Service Options

• Gas refilling with leak repair: instead of a blind top-up, the leak is found and sealed first, then refrigerant is charged to the recommended level.
• Inverter AC repair: diagnosis of inverter boards, sensors and variable-speed compressors using the model's error codes.
• Compressor diagnosis: testing of windings, starting components and running current before any compressor is declared faulty.
• AC shifting within Shillong: careful gas recovery, uninstallation, transport-ready packing and reinstallation at your new address.
• Water leakage fix: we clear the drain line and check why water is backing up, whether it is dirt, slope or a frozen coil.
• Annual maintenance plans: scheduled service visits through the year for homes and offices with one or more Godrej ACs.
• Noise and vibration repair: tightening loose panels, fixing worn fan bearings and correcting outdoor unit mounting.

Simple Tips to Keep Your Godrej AC Running Well

Our technicians suggest these easy steps:

• Use a suitable stabilizer if your area sees frequent voltage fluctuations.
• Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
• Set the temperature around 24°C; it cools comfortably and saves power.
• Run the fan mode for a few minutes before switching off to help dry the coil.
• Get a full service before summer starts, not after the AC begins to struggle.

Godrej AC Faults We Repair Regularly

Each of these has a clear cause that our technicians can find:

• Ice forming on pipes or coil: frost on the copper pipes is a sign the system is not balanced.
• Loud or unusual noise: clicking, rattling or buzzing that was not there before.
• AC tripping the MCB: an electrical fault, short circuit or a compressor drawing too much current.
• High electricity bills: an AC that runs for hours without cutting off wastes a lot of power.
• Not cooling enough: usually a dirty coil, clogged filter, low refrigerant or a weak capacitor.

Godrej AC Care Suited to Shillong

The humid climate and heavy rainfall in Shillong mean AC coils stay damp for long periods, which can lead to mould, smells and choked drains. Regular cleaning keeps the air healthy and the cooling strong.
