Our Onida AC Repair and Service Options
Here is what we can take care of during a visit:
- Water leakage fix: cleaning blocked drain pipes, correcting the indoor unit slope and fixing damaged drain trays.
- Regular service and jet wash: deep cleaning of filters, cooling coil, blower wheel and drain line so air flows freely and the room cools faster.
- Inverter AC repair: diagnosis of inverter boards, sensors and variable-speed compressors using the model's error codes.
- Compressor diagnosis: we check the capacitor, overload and wiring first, because many so-called compressor failures are actually cheaper parts.
- Gas refilling with leak repair: we trace the leak point, repair it, vacuum the system and then charge refrigerant to the correct pressure for your model.
- Copper piping and drain work: replacing damaged copper pipes, re-insulating lines and extending drain pipes where needed.
- Installation and uninstallation: proper mounting, copper pipe routing, vacuuming, drain slope and electrical connections for new or shifted units.
- Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
- PCB and electrical repair: component-level checks on the PCB before replacement, which often saves a significant amount of money.
Why Onida ACs Need the Right Technician
Whether you own a newer Onida inverter split or an older window AC, we can service and repair it. For older Onida units we also tell you honestly when a repair makes sense and when the cost of parts is close to replacing the AC.
Onida AC Care Suited to Srinivaspur
In Srinivaspur, summer heat is followed by long, humid monsoon months, so an AC works hard for a large part of the year. Moisture on the indoor coil attracts dust and mould, and drain lines choke faster than in drier places. We give both extra attention during every Onida AC service.
Common Onida AC Problems We Fix
Call us if you notice any of these:
- Remote not working: the AC stops responding to commands even with fresh batteries.
- Ice forming on pipes or coil: low gas, restricted airflow or a faulty sensor.
- Not cooling enough: the room takes too long to cool, often because of blocked airflow or a gas leak.
- Outdoor unit not starting: the indoor fan runs but no cooling comes, because the outdoor side is not switching on.
- Error code or blinking lights: we read the code for your specific model and test the part it refers to.
- AC turning off by itself: sensor faults, voltage issues or overheating protection kicking in.
