Dust, heat and long hours of use slowly choke the filters and coils of any AC. For Blue Star AC owners in Maner, we offer thorough servicing and fault repair so the unit keeps cooling properly right through the season. Speak to our team on 9311587715 and we will fix a convenient time.
Our Blue Star AC Repair and Service Options
Every visit starts with a proper check. Depending on the fault, the work can include:
- Installation and uninstallation: we install split and window ACs with the correct bracket, level indoor unit and a vacuumed refrigerant circuit.
- Fan motor and capacitor replacement: a weak capacitor is one of the most common reasons an outdoor fan or compressor struggles to start, and it is a quick fix.
- Sensor and thermostat faults: replacement of room and coil temperature sensors that cause the AC to cut off early or run non-stop.
- Water leakage fix: cleaning blocked drain pipes, correcting the indoor unit slope and fixing damaged drain trays.
- Noise and vibration repair: rattling, humming or grinding sounds traced to their source and fixed properly.
- Compressor diagnosis: we check the capacitor, overload and wiring first, because many so-called compressor failures are actually cheaper parts.
- Regular service and jet wash: deep cleaning of filters, cooling coil, blower wheel and drain line so air flows freely and the room cools faster.
- PCB and electrical repair: component-level checks on the PCB before replacement, which often saves a significant amount of money.
- AC shifting within Maner: we pump the gas down into the outdoor unit before removal so it is not wasted during the move.

Common Blue Star AC Problems We Fix
These are the complaints we attend most often in Maner:
- Bad smell from the vents: a musty smell is a clear sign the indoor unit needs deep cleaning.
- AC turning off by itself: sensor faults, voltage issues or overheating protection kicking in.
- Not cooling enough: usually a dirty coil, clogged filter, low refrigerant or a weak capacitor.
- AC tripping the MCB: an electrical fault, short circuit or a compressor drawing too much current.
- Water dripping indoors: water on the wall or floor usually points to a blocked drain line.
- Ice forming on pipes or coil: frost on the copper pipes is a sign the system is not balanced.

Local Conditions and Your AC in Maner
In Maner, long summers with temperatures that often cross 40°C mean ACs run for many hours a day. Dust from roads and dry winds settles on the outdoor coil, and voltage fluctuations are common in many areas. We recommend a service before peak summer and a good stabilizer for every Blue Star AC.
Simple Tips to Keep Your Blue Star AC Running Well
You can avoid many breakdowns with a little care:
- Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
- Set the temperature around 24°C; it cools comfortably and saves power.
- Run the fan mode for a few minutes before switching off to help dry the coil.
- Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
- Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
- Switch off the AC from the remote before turning off the mains supply.
