About Lloyd AC Servicing
Lloyd ACs are a common choice for bedrooms and small offices. Our technicians keep them running efficiently with proper cleaning, gas checks and electrical testing.
Lloyd AC Services Available at Your Doorstep
- Sensor and thermostat faults: if your AC stops cooling before the room is cool, a faulty sensor is often the reason.
- Noise and vibration repair: tightening loose panels, fixing worn fan bearings and correcting outdoor unit mounting.
- AC shifting within Shirpur: careful gas recovery, uninstallation, transport-ready packing and reinstallation at your new address.
- PCB and electrical repair: component-level checks on the PCB before replacement, which often saves a significant amount of money.
- Regular service and jet wash: deep cleaning of filters, cooling coil, blower wheel and drain line so air flows freely and the room cools faster.
- Gas refilling with leak repair: we trace the leak point, repair it, vacuum the system and then charge refrigerant to the correct pressure for your model.
- Annual maintenance plans: a planned maintenance schedule that keeps multiple units in shape without you having to remember dates.
- Copper piping and drain work: replacing damaged copper pipes, re-insulating lines and extending drain pipes where needed.
- Installation and uninstallation: we install split and window ACs with the correct bracket, level indoor unit and a vacuumed refrigerant circuit.
How to Get Better Cooling from Your Lloyd AC
Our technicians suggest these easy steps:
- Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
- Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
- Switch off the AC from the remote before turning off the mains supply.
- Use a suitable stabilizer if your area sees frequent voltage fluctuations.
- Set the temperature around 24°C; it cools comfortably and saves power.
- Run the fan mode for a few minutes before switching off to help dry the coil.

Local Conditions and Your AC in Shirpur
In Shirpur, summer heat is followed by long, humid monsoon months, so an AC works hard for a large part of the year. Moisture on the indoor coil attracts dust and mould, and drain lines choke faster than in drier places. We give both extra attention during every Lloyd AC service.
Lloyd AC Faults We Repair Regularly
- Loud or unusual noise: loose panels, a worn fan motor or a vibrating outdoor unit.
- Bad smell from the vents: mould and bacteria on a wet, dirty coil, cleared with a proper service.
- Outdoor unit not starting: often a capacitor, contactor or wiring issue between indoor and outdoor units.
- AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
- Error code or blinking lights: the unit's self-diagnosis pointing to a sensor, board or communication fault.
- High electricity bills: an AC that runs for hours without cutting off wastes a lot of power.
- Not cooling enough: usually a dirty coil, clogged filter, low refrigerant or a weak capacitor.
